Official Promotion Rules

HOW TO ENTER

No purchase necessary.  To enter, complete the entry form here.  To be eligible, entries must be completed and received on or by the closing date of the promotion.  Incomplete entries will be disqualified.  Entries will only be valid by filling out entry form on our website.  Promotion entries must be received by December 31, 2008.

PROMOTION RULES:

1. The Sierra Park Catch A Free Ride Promotion is open to those who enter through our website. Fax or phone entries will not be accepted.
2. You must be 21 years of age or older to qualify for this promotion and a legal U.S. citizen. Identification must be produced on request.
3. The gas card is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
4. To qualify for this promotion and receive the free gas card you must live outside a 50 mile radius of Quincy, California (proof of residence will be requested).
5. All entries become the property of Sierra Park Property Development, LLC and may be used for future mailings. Participant(s) may be required to sign a release of name and/or photograph for Sierra Park Property Development, LLC to use in future advertising or website news without additional compensation.
6. In accepting the promotion award, the participant acknowledges that Sierra Park Property Development, LLC may not be held liable for any loss, damages or injury associated with accepting this promotional offer.
7. In accepting the promotion award, the participant understands that the prize is for a $75 Chevron Gas card that may be used at any Chevron or Texaco gas station.
8. Transportation to, from and around the area is not provided by Sierra Park Property Development, LLC. Promotion participant accepts responsibility to provide him or herself with proper transportation.
9. Promotion participant is obliged to take a tour of Sierra Park Property Development, LLC and will be contacted by Sierra Park Property Development, LLC to schedule the time of the tour.
10. Sierra Park Property Development, LLC retains the rights, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any promotion award or component of the prize for any reason whatsoever.
11. Sierra Park Property Development, LLC reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
