Now that was a busy summer! Our show home on lot 12 was sold before we had completed construction. We are very happy to welcome Jimmy and Leanna, they moved in to the 'Bainbridge' on lot 12 in August 2011. They had been in contact with us for over a year.

It's a big decision to buy a home, but we are sure it was the Solar and Energy Star certification that made them decide to buy a new home on Sierra Park. We are again in Escrow on Lot 30 with a 'Bainbridge' design. This home style is very popular, 1728 sq ft 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms with a very large living/Dining and kitchen area. It is the fourth Bainbridge design out of fourteen homes now on Sierra Park. We will also be commencing a new show home a 'Helmsley' design on lot 11. So it's full steam ahead to complete lot 30 and move the new owners in before Christmas. The new show home on lot 11 will be selling for: $245,000 and that includes; Energy Star/Solar and a tax credit of $4,500. We also have one permit left for this year for the Aysgarth a two story home priced at $280,000 on any Lot!
