Sierra Park would like to congratulate our Turn a Two Night Getaway into a Lifetime Stay contest winner Nancy Hudson from Reno, Nevada!  Ms. Hudson and a guest will be enjoying a one night stay at the Greenhorn Creek Guest Ranch with a BBQ dinner and another one night stay at the Sporting Inn with dinner at Le Coq Restaurant.  On Saturday, July 26, 2008, they will spend some time with the owners of Sierra Park for a tour of our Energy Star homes.  We look forward to meeting our winner!

Plans for Phase II infrastructure are progressing and construction will start soon.  Many of you have been anxiously awaiting the start of Phase II so we invite you to visit our sales office for more information about the lots on Phase II.  Many lots are large and include meadow and mountain views.
