FEBRUARY 2009 NEWSLETTER

Happy New Year!  Sierra Park hopes everyone had a wonderful holiday season and we wish you the best for 2009.

November and December were busy months for us.  Construction on lots 18 and 32 began with the Helmsley design being built on lot 18 and the Malham design on lot 32.  Lot 18 was built and completed in 14 weeks and escrow closed the last week of January.  Lot 32 is scheduled to close the end of February.   Since this is the first time we will have built the Helmsley design in Sierra Park we will be posting photos of the finished home for you to enjoy.  It has a very spacious feeling for a home that is 1566 square feet.

Sierra Park will also be busy this spring as two new projects will be underway.  The first project will be building another Helmsley design on lot 26.  The new owners of this home will be relocating from Susanville and are excited about living in Quincy.  The second project will be doing the infrastructure for Phase II.

We know that quite a few of you have been interested in our Phase II lots.    Once construction begins on Phase II in the spring we expect a lot of activity and sales on our prime view and larger size lots.  Now is the time to schedule a tour of Sierra Park to view our available lots.  One of our sales associates will walk with you through the subdivision and point out the lots.  We will then bring you by the sales office to show you which home designs work best on the lot of your choice along with one that will meet your needs and also take advantage of our great views.

Enjoy winter sports?  If you enjoy the snow and winter sports now is the time to come to Plumas County.  Quincy and the surrounding areas offer a variety of ways to have fun in the snow:  snowshoeing, cross country skiing, Nordic skiing, snow mobile riding, sled dog racing and ice skating.  If you would like more information regarding how you can enjoy these sports please visit the following websites:
