Spring is here and there is a lot of activity at Sierra Park.  Escrow closed on Lot 32 last month with the Malham design.  This home has a contemporary feel to it and the kitchen photo is featured in our ad in May’s High Country publication.  Construction began on Lot 26 with our Helmsley design.  This home will feature many upgrades and we’re looking forward to posting the photos on our website.  We are glad to see so much activity on the development and hope that this is a sign of a busy year.

The Feather River Bulletin will be featuring Sierra Park in their “Profiles in Business” section.  Traci Bue, a reporter for the Feather River Bulletin, interviewed us for the profile along with a couple of our newest homeowners.  The profile is featured in the April 22nd issue of the Bulletin and we encourage you to read it.  If you happen to miss it in the paper we will also be posting it on this website.

For the past few months we have been posting announcements for Phase II of Sierra Park.  As we get closer to construction on this phase we have been noticing more traffic through Sierra Park and more visitors in our sales office.  We encourage you to also come by and have one of our sales associates give you a tour of our neighborhood along with providing you with a sales packet.  Our sales office also has displays of some of our standard and upgraded options for you to choose from.
