OCTOBER NEWSLETTER

All of us at Sierra Park hope everyone has had a wonderful summer.  We are looking forward to the changes that come with the fall season and the progression of Sierra Park.

We have two new families to welcome to Sierra Park!  Lot 21 with our Aysgarth design sold in June and Lot 3 with our Gordale design sold this month.  We are pleased to have these young families in our neighborhood and wish them all the best!

Lot 18 with the Helmsley design is currently is escrow.  We are excited to build this design as it is the first one in our development.  We will post photos of the home being built on the website so you can follow along on the building process. 

Planning is underway to build another showcase home and we will keep the newsletter updated with these plans.

The infrastructure plans for Phase II have been put on hold until next year.  Unfortunately, with the slow housing market and having to wait for utility appraisal costs, we have had to postpone this phase.  Sierra Park will start Phase II infrastructure this coming spring 2009 and reservations are currently being taken.  Many lots in Phase II feature meadow and mountain views along with large lot sizes.  Please drop by our sales office for a tour of these lots.
