April was a very busy month here at Sierra Park!  We hosted two successful events:  the Chamber of Commerce Mixer on April 18th and an Open House on April 19th.  Many chamber members joined us on Friday and a good time was had by all.  We also thank those who came from near and far on Saturday for the open house – it was a pleasure to meet everyone!

No Payments for a Year!  Our current incentive to pay your first year’s mortgage loan payment has generated a lot of interest!  This incentive is available on five of our home designs in Phase I.  You pick your lot and home design, then at close of escrow, Sierra Park will credit you back the equivalent of $20,000.  Buying a home can be challenging – let us help take some of the stress out of the purchasing process by taking advantage of this great incentive!

Phase II infrastructure will begin this summer!  Many of you have been anxiously awaiting the start of Phase II.  Phase II will offer large size lots, many with great meadow and mountain views.  For more information on Phase II lots and infrastructure progress please phone our sales office or visit our website.
