Spring is here and the days are getting warmer!  It’s the perfect time to come and visit Sierra Park and see what we’re all about!  We have two events coming up in April that we’d like to invite everyone to:

Chamber of Commerce Mixer – Sierra Park will be hosting a mixer on Friday, April 18th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.  Light refreshments and beverages will be provided.  Come join us for a fun evening!

Sierra Park Open House – Saturday, April 19th from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.  Light refreshments and beverages will be provided.  Balloons for the kids and two prize drawings.  Please stop by and tour one of our showcase homes!

We are excited about these events and look forward to meeting all who stop by!

Sierra Park is pleased to announce that construction on the Gordale home design has been completed and landscaping is currently underway!  Located on Lot 3, the Gordale offers a spacious great room with many windows along with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  You’ll enjoy the large corner lot with room to garden or just relax and take in the views!  It’s priced at $327,000.
