February is now upon us and we can’t believe that January went by so fast!  We have been enjoying the past few series of snow storms that left a few inches of snow on the ground in the Quincy area with plenty of snow in the higher elevations for skiing and for snowmobiling!

Sierra Park Property Development is proud to announce that we are officially Energy Star builders!  In January we passed all of the inspections and testing required to become Energy Star builders.  Energy Star homes offer quality construction, improved comfort and indoor air quality, and higher resale value, all while protecting the environment!  Now Sierra Park not only offers you an affordable, quality built home, but also one that can save you money on heating and cooling!

Our website has been updated and a new link has been added to the Home Page to provide you with information regarding Energy Star benefits to homeowners and features in an Energy Star home.

All of us at Sierra Park are excited about our current construction on the Gordale design!  This home is located on a great corner lot (Lot 3) that will feature a large front and side lawn area.- perfect for gardening!  You will also enjoy the great mountain views from one of the many windows located in the great room and kitchen.  The Gordale design was the first home we built in the development and it sold so quickly that we were never able to feature it in one of our open houses!  We are planning on having another open house in the spring to showcase this home once it’s completed so check back often for dates and times!
