Sierra Park celebrated its 1st Anniversary with a very successful open house on Saturday April 28th. We would like to thank everyone who stopped by to tour our new homes and joined us for hot dogs, refreshments and plenty of giveaways. The day was a great success and we enjoyed meeting everyone.

We currently have 2 homes completed, the 2 storey Aysgarth priced at $324,000 and the single storey Bainbridge priced at $312,000. These two homes are priced below appraised value, finished to a very high standard and ready to move in to. Please check our web site for pictures of these truly affordable homes.

Sierra Park is currently building two new homes, the Ingleton on Lot 15 and the Bainbridge on Lot 16 for new homeowners in escrow. We will shortly be commencing construction of the Aysgarth on Lot 17 and the new homeowners will be adding their personal, customized idea’s to their new home.

Sierra Park will be having a booth at this year's Plumas County fair in August.Once again we are teaming up with Mouser Brothers, who install and supply all the cabinets and doors for these exceptional homes. We are looking forward to meeting and greeting you all during this fun time at the fair.

We are constantly updating our web site with new and exciting features. As the sub-division grows we are show casing the homes with internal photo shots that emphasis the high quality and standard features that we strive to maintain in our new homes.
