MARCH — APRIL 2007 NEWSLETTER 

January and February were very busy months for us at Sierra Park, although its Winter time we had so many people visiting our sales office and touring our homes.

We have also been busy completing the 3 homes that we have available at the moment, including laying topsoil and planting trees, which include: Maple, Silver Birch and Sycamore to the rear area of the homes.

We now have two potential owners in Escrow for lots 15 and 16; we will be commencing building on these homes around the end of March (weather permitting). Both potential owners have been able to customize these homes to their own unique design.

We are able to customize any home for you, as long as there is no structural change to the design of the home. Please be sure to discuss your potential requirements with us when you visit our sales office. We also offer disabled access for the homes at no extra cost or upgrades.

We are planning to hold another open house at the end of April, please keep checking our website for details and dates. We had a tremendous response on our last open house.

We will once again be having a booth at the Plumas County fair in August, in partnership with Mouser Bros, who fit all the kitchen, bathroom cabinets and external and internal doors. Please be sure to call by our booth and see the high standards and quality workmanship that the homes are built to.
