We are now into 2007!  Sierra Park Management wishes you all a very happy and prosperous New Year!

At the beginning of December we held an open house day with the grand opening of our new sales office. We used the Malham home as the show house for the day and will be including pictures of this exceptional home on our web site, so look out for those pictures plus pictures of the remaining homes we have ready for sale.

The day was a great success and we would like to take this opportunity in thanking the local community and the public for their great support and turnout on the day.

We received a great deal of interest on the day and compliments from everyone with regards to the finished high standards of workmanship and basic packages that are offered.  Our guests also commented that there was no comparison in the area, especially at the prices set on these three homes. 

We were proud and excited on the sale of our first home built and will also include the photos that were taken on the day the new homeowners took possession of the keys for the house.

To date Sierra Park has 4 homes completed with one sold and the new owners have moved in. We now have three for sale, The Malham with upgraded carpets and counter tops included in the price of $320,000. The 2 storey Aysgarth priced at $324,000 and the Bainbridge priced at $312,000. These homes are priced well below appraised value giving you
equity on your new home as soon as you put the key in the door. We are also offering an incentive package through March 07 of either: a basic appliance package or escrow closing fees paid up to the value of $1500.

Reservations are also being taken for the lots on the subdivision as sizes of the lots vary from 8,000 to 12,000 square feet.  You may reserve a lot with the style of home of your choice for $500.  Please contact us for more details.

Our new sales office is now open on the development site! Office hours are from 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday and 9am – 3pm on Saturdays. One of our sales associates can also schedule visits to the homes out of office hours, as we believe in flexibility and we appreciate that the customer may work Monday through Saturday.

We have made many additions to the web site, one of which is a mortgage calculator. We will continue to update our site so that we keep you fully updated as to the status of the homes and the schedule for the next phase of building.
