Sierra Park experienced a busy four days at this year’s Plumas-Sierra   County Fair!  A lot of people stopped by our booth and were very interested in our homes.  We answered lots of questions and enjoyed meeting and talking to everyone who stopped by.

As mentioned in our May Newsletter, we teamed up with Mouser Brothers Enterprises and had a booth adjacent to theirs.  Together with Mouser Brothers, we held a raffle to benefit the local Plumas Unified School District PCO programs.  Twelve other businesses donated time and prizes to help us raise funds for these programs.  One lucky grand prize winner walked away with a Decora kitchen island donated by Sierra Park and Mouser Brothers!  We are proud to say that we helpedraise over $1,000 that will go to benefit our local kids and thank everyone involved who helped make it possible!

Sierra Park is pleased to announce that construction has been completed on the Ingleton, Lot 15 and the Bainbridge on Lot 16 and the new owners have moved in!  We congratulate them on their new homes and welcome them to our community.

In June we began construction on the Aysgarth design on Lot 17.  The new homeowners are joining with us to customize their home and have moved the kitchen toward the front entry of the home and the dining area is now in the original kitchen area.  This will be a great new look to this design and we are all excited to see the finished product.

In late September we began construction on Lot 3 with the 'Gordale' this will be priced at $327,000 and is scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2007. We will also begin construction on Lot 26 with the new 'Helmsley' design during October, this will be priced at $289,500.
