Project Update
Things are moving along quickly. Fencing has been completed and
we are preparing for paving Sierra Park Road, the main road into
the development.
The houses are going up on schedule and we are planning an open
house soon.

Along with accepting reservations, we are now able to accept purchase
offers and open escrow on the homes. We currently have 3 homes reserved
on lots 19, 20 and 21.

Pricing Info
We have received our Conditional Public Report from the California
Department of Real Estate and are now able to accept purchase agreements.
We have discounted the first 4 homes on lots 19, 20, 21 and 22.
Homes on lots 19-21 have been taken, the price for the remaining
home on Lot 22 is discount priced at $312,000.
The remaining homes will be built in phases and prices are currently
starting at $326,000.
