Sierra
Park at Quincy News
August 2006
Sierra Park Property Development is
proud to announce the commencement of our Sub-Division of 33 new
homes on Lee Road in Quincy, CA.
Project Update
Work is under way putting in all the utility services for the Sub-Division.
The commencement of building one house plus foundations for 2 more
houses is also under way.
Our first house currently under construction is the “Gordale”, on
Lot 19. It is progressing very quickly and will be ready for landscaping
before we know it. We are proud to have local contractors working
on our homes and invite you to stop by our office for a tour as things
progress.
Now Accepting Reservations
We are now able to accept reservations on
the homes and have 4 homes reserved on lots 18, 19, 20 and 21.
The Plot Map on the Homes Designs page of our website will be kept
up to date as lots are reserved. For more information on available
properties and reservations, please contact our office at 530-283-9301 or
email us at info@sierraparkatquincy.com.
Pricing Info
We have had great response from our advertisement on the back cover
of the High Country magazine and our new website. We have received
many inquiries with regards to prices of the houses.
The price ranges will be from the low $300,000’s. While we await
our Final Public Report from the California Department of Real Estate
(DRE), we can state individual prices, but the price is not binding
by either party until the purchase contract is signed.
We will be able to complete purchase contracts once our Final Public
Report has been issued by the DRE. We expect the time frame for that
will be approximately the end of September 2006.
Out and About
We enjoyed meeting everyone who stopped by our booth at the Plumas-Sierra
County Fair August 10th through August 14th. This enabled us to showcase
the new homes and provide information on the project to the local
community and visitors to the County.
Watch for our upcoming advertisements on the back cover of the High
Country Magazine as we feature homes of the month and the progress
of the development.
Our website will be kept up to date with all of the progress and
news, so check back often to see what’s happening!
