What is equity?

Amount left after subtracting the unpaid debt balance(s) on the property from the property’s current market value as assessed by a valuator.  It increases as the debts are paid off and when the property’s value is appreciating.  Also called homeowner’s equity.

Can we choose a lot and have any design of house built on it?

You may pick any lot that is available and choose the design of home – not all designs fit on all the lots. You need to check with us at the time of choosing your home design and lot.

Can we change any design features in the homes?

Yes, so long as the changes are not structural, we can alter the internal design to suit your needs and requirements.

Can we customize our home to include our choice of; color scheme, kitchen cabinets etc?

Yes. If you decide which lot and home design you want, you then get to choose the whole package for that home, so long as the home is under construction and not completed. Please view our standard features package here.

Can we view the homes on weekends and holidays?

Yes, we are open 7 days a week. If you wish to view on the holidays, just call us and we can schedule a visit for you (excluding Thanksgiving, Christmas day and New Years ).

Do you offer disabled access?

Yes we offer disabled access at no extra cost (access only). If you require further disabled modifications in the homes, there would be an extra cost.

Do you offer incentives?

Yes we offer incentives. At the present time our incentive includes: Mortgate loan free for one year. Please keep checking our website for available incentives.

How long will it take to construct a home and be ready to move into?

Construction time is 14 weeks to completion, as long as there is no delays due to weather conditions or any other unforseen circumstances.
